Let’s start with the main pack
first of all you have to choose a super comfortable backpack, waterproof and has a good long-lasting material recommend to have a front opening zipper.
I separate my things in a packing cubes to be easy to pick my cube than turn the whole-backpack/suitcase upside down to get one thing out.

I don’t carry a lot of clothes just the most important ones because i dont want to carry a lot of weight and because I’m going to shopping surly like buy tshirts/pants, clothes in general cause why not I’m only going to visit these countries once in a lifetime so I should do more shopping there, I only packing my necessary things

Note: there’s some clothes that I’m going to wear on the plane you can count it “pants.. undershirt.. sweatshrit.. socks.. sneakers.. hijab scarf.. panty.. bra.. watch.. sunglasses.. waterproof comfortable lightweight hiking shoes” .. and if you want to make some space just put the socks inside the sneakers
Note: keep shoes in shower cap

painkiller.. toothbrush.. toothpaste.. small conditioner.. small shampoo.. deodorant.. wipes.. face cleanser.. soup sheets.. eye pencil.. lipbalm.. toilet papers.. pads.. burns cream.. massage cream.. antibiotic.. period cramps painkiller.. plasters.. laundry bag.. nail clipper.. sewing tools.. anti-headcold.. moisturising cream with high SPF.. bug-free body spray/cream.. clothes washing powder.. earplugs.. hair bandana.. swimming glasses.. clothesline..

*if you can afford to buy a backpack with a solar panels that will be great but it’s kind of expensive so if you can’t just buy a good quality backup charger/powerbank with good mAh because the dead battery is the worst thing ever*
